Round Stew Meat; Leaner should be used in stew with other ingredients added for flavor besides the meat and vegetables or marinated first.
Chuck Stew Meat; Has more grain and fat and can be used with only vegetables and the meat will generate a rich flavor of its’ own
Sirloin Kabobs; Lean and tender for stew, may require added flavor but if you require a lean yet tender piece of meat this will do the trick.
